1. Who you are contracting with

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and able to enter into a binding contract, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method presented.

3. Products

Our pieces are made to order. Garments are washed and printed in small batches, so variation in wash pattern, shade, and print placement is expected and is part of the product rather than a fault.

Product photographs are taken under studio lighting. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen, and we cannot guarantee an exact match to what you see.

4. Orders and acceptance

• Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order by email.
• We may limit quantities. The store allows a maximum of 10 units of any one size and colour per order.
• We may decline or cancel an order in the circumstances set out in our Cancellation Policy.

5. Pricing and payment

• All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Shipping is charged as set out in our Shipping Policy and is shown before you pay.
• Payment is taken through Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI, or banking credentials.
• If a price or description is listed in error, we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full rather than honour the error.

6. Delivery, cancellation, and refunds

Delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your rights to cancel are set out in our Cancellation Policy, and the circumstances in which we replace or refund an item are set out in our Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

DISTORTD is a registered trademark of Distorted Co.. All artwork, photography, copy, and design on this site is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.

Artist, band, and album names are used to describe the subject of a design. They remain the property of their respective owners, and their use here does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its systems, or another customer’s data;
• scrape, resell, or systematically extract content from the site;
• interfere with the site’s normal operation.

9. Liability

We are responsible for delivering what you ordered, in the condition described. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from courier delays outside our control.

Our total liability in connection with an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your rights under Indian consumer protection law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered place of business have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
